“With 83 units already in Canada, the company has announced rapid plans for growth in 2019 including the introduction of 20 additional locations in Canada and four Master Franchises in the U.S. through franchise partnerships and strategic development. This news comes after seeing steady expansion in 2018, opening a new location on average every 22 days last year,” it said in a news release.

Ken LeBlanc, CEO and founder,  said the company’s mission is to shake up the housing landscape.

“Home owners deserve the opportunity to experience the difference a high-tech, high-touch real estate solution can make,” said LeBlanc. “We like to think of ourselves as the future of real estate and aim to bring real change to the industry. We want to put consumers back in the driver’s seat so they can ‘take control’ of their real estate experience,” he said.

PropertyGuys.com was founded in 1998 in Moncton, N.B., and now has more than 10,000 listings on its site.
