Avenue Living has a continued commitment to our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies. We are thrilled to announce we have become a proud signatory of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

The PRI is the world’s leading proponent of responsible investment. It works to understand the investment implications of ESG factors and helps support its international network of investor signatories in incorporating these factors into their investment and ownership decisions. Since its inception in 2005, the organization has grown to advise over 4,000 esteemed organizations worldwide.

In becoming a signatory, we have made a public commitment to act in the best long-term interests of our beneficiaries. We recognize the importance of our fiduciary role and how environmental, social, and corporate governance issues can affect the performance of investment portfolios, and we have formally pledged to act in accordance with the Principles for Responsible Investment.

In working with PRI, we will continue to evaluate and improve on the principles over time as we persistently align our business with the broader interests of society.
