Cushman & Wakefield Calgary has announced that David Lees, Adam Ramsay and Trent Peterson recently joined the firm, with Lees and Ramsay joining as Executive Vice Presidents and Peterson joining as Associate Vice President.
Ramsay, Lees and Peterson specialize in representing office tenants and landlords across Calgary and Alberta. To Cushman & Wakefield and its clients, they bring considerable experience in new lease acquisitions, lease renewals, subleasing and agency leasing as well as tenant representation.
“With Adam, David and Trent, we gain young, successful talent, and we’ll provide the platform to help them accelerate their established momentum,” said Tracy Taylor, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director in Calgary. “With a market in flux and emerging from the pandemic, they’re an ideal addition as we work with office occupier and investor clients to find the best path forward.”
Added Lees: “Cushman & Wakefield is a magnificent global real estate brand, and our team is excited to join the organization. The Cushman & Wakefield Calgary office is poised for significant growth, and we look forward to being part of it.”
Since Taylor assumed leadership in late 2017, Cushman & Wakefield has moved into new office space, taking a floor at Bow Valley Square; grew from one retail agent, Jonathan Gheron, to four agents, including Ryan Rutherford, Mac Marcinew and Maria Tinajero, plus administrative and research support; and now with this significant office team, there is certainly no question Cushman & Wakefield’s commitment to growth is catching the attention of the real estate market, with more to come.
